Weird Metro Moment

Coming home on the Metro tonight, something weird happened at the Clarendon stop.  The train stopped, the conductor announced Clarendon, then he apparently forgot to open the doors.  We drove off without letting the Clarendon people off, who were rather bewildered and annoyed.

So, this past Saturday afternoon, I was watching Max Max 2: The Road Warrior on The History Channel.  The History Channel.  WT...?  Did they run out of WWII documentaries?  Why would The History Channel show that?  Was there some anarchy about "guzzaleen" that I missed?  Did anyone else catch that?  Weird.  (And how did Karl Rove get in this picture?  The Architect is EVERYWHERE!)
